Our governance structure is designed to ensure that we are accountable to our clients, our employees, and the wider community. Our Board of Directors provides oversight and guidance on our strategy, operations, and risk management. The board is composed of internal and external members who bring diverse perspectives and expertise to our decision-making.

We also have a number of committees that are responsible for specific aspects of our governance. These include the Audit and Risk Committee, which oversees our financial reporting and risk management processes, and the Governance, Nominating, and Social Responsibility Committee, which is responsible for ensuring that our governance practices align with our values and purpose. Partnership Committee overviews delivery values for the clients, develops knowledge, practice, and relationships with clients, and nominates new partners.

In a consulting company, a partner is a senior member of the firm who has a significant ownership stake in the company and plays a leadership role in managing the business. Partners typically have extensive experience in the consulting industry and are responsible for building relationships with clients, overseeing consulting engagements, and developing the firm’s overall strategy and direction. They are accountable for the quality of the firm’s work and the satisfaction of its clients, and they work collaboratively with other partners to ensure the firm’s success. Partners in consulting firms are expected to have a deep understanding of their client’s industries and to be able to provide strategic advice and innovative solutions to help their clients achieve their goals.
